Our specialism
The business sphere in which ECOPSY Consulting specializes is, on the one hand, very narrow. However, on the other, it is extremely broad.
It is narrow, because we only deal in what is related to people in business, with the human aspects of enhancing the performance of an organization. This is the strategic focus that our company has followed over the 18 years it has been in the market.
It is broad, because within this specialism, we have the ability to implement almost everything that could be useful to an organization. We do not only develop various systems, linked with managing people (incentive, testing, talent pool and other systems); we also possess the technologies, resources and experience needed for the successful introduction of these systems and for exerting whom they are going to deal with a development-based influence on the people they are going to deal with.
The «one-stop shop» strategy
Remaining true to its specialism, ECOPSY implements a «one-stop shop» strategy that is unique in Russia. Our clients can count on assistance in resolving any questions and tasks that relate to working with people, regardless of scale, level of innovation and complexity. This market strategy has enabled ECOPSY, over many years, to maintain leading positions in the sector and, while encountering competition in individual sectors of its activity, to have practically no competitors on the market as a whole.
Consultancy directions and practices
Operations at ECOPSY Consulting are arranged in areas and practices, which coordinate the key aspects of our expertise.
There are currently 2 areas and 6 practices functioning within the company.
In the course of the implementation of the majority of projects the representatives of the different practices and areas unite into project teams. This gives them the chance to satisfy client requirements in any solutions that relate to operations with people and to provide support at all stages of the work, from audit and diagnostics to the introduction of developed systems.
