Corporate culture what is it?
Corporate culture is something that has an objective existence in any organization regardless of whether management and employees are mindful or even aware of it.
The basic components of corporate culture (such as the system of values, attitudes and opinions accepted by employees, rules and patterns of their interaction) take shape very gradually, as the company develops, by reinforcement of the most viable rules and norms of behavior and communication in the company.
Corporate culture cannot be «correct» or «incorrect». It may either correspond to the organization's strategic goals and be helpful in their attainment, or, conversely, may become an obstacle in the way of implementation of this strategy and employees' effective performance.
When is corporate culture in need of corrective action?
If any of the following is true, your corporate culture most likely needs sharpening and adjustment:

How we do it:
- We evaluate the existing corporate culture in the company (and its subdivisions), isolate strengths of the existing corporate culture and identify the areas where corporate culture is an impediment for implementing company's new goals.
- Working together with the company's management, we design key characteristics of the «new» corporate culture.
- We create a set of tools to implant characteristics of the new culture in the organization.
- We develop a plan for sharpening corporate culture, including special corporate events (conferences, workshops), as well as adaptation of existing personnel management practices (competencies models, the system of appraisal and development, etc.).
