Since 1989 we help the leading Russian and international companies to find the best solutions in the field of human resources management: personnel assessment, people development and implementation of performance management systems. For 17 years we have been assessing people in different organizations helping them to develop their potential, build up skills and knowledge, improve teamwork, streamline administrative organization and procedure — and, ultimately, raise their efficiency. Productive cooperation with western partners, and particularly RHR International, an American consulting company, helped us master the best world practices of corporative psychology and management, adapt them to Russian business environment and develop a distinct approach of our own best suited for the needs of our clients.
